When placing an order, you will receive an email notification confirming your purchase. Once we confirm that the order payment was successful, we will process your order and get it ready for our courier delivery. On receipt of your package, we will confirm the delivery fulfillment by email notification.
1.1We deliver to most localities across Malta & Gozo.
1.2Deliveries for orders above €20 to Gozo are Free, whilst orders less than €20 will incur a €5 charge.
1.3Deliveries for orders to Malta will incur a €5 charge.
1.4Orders are generally fulfilled within 2-3 working days, but may be subject to change during busy or holiday periods.
1.5Local deliveries will be carried out via courier service from Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.
1.6For urgent deliveries, we recommend you to contact us before placing an order.
2.1Order cancellations are allowed on those orders which have not yet been dispatched for delivery. The cancellation period is therefore equal to our processing period which may vary depending on how busy that period would be. Should you wish to cancel an order during this period please contact us immediately.
2.2We do not exclude that our stock system will be free from any technical failure. In cases where the items purchased, are actually out of stock, the customer will be contacted and offered the option to cancel the order.
2.3In the case of a refund, the transaction will be reissued to the same credit card or payment method account used for the order payment.
